I am a highly talented and creative user experience (UX) strategist capable of defining a results-driven, long-term digital strategy. I have 11+ years of experience working on higher education, government and client-facing websites and software platforms skilled in research, design, delivery, and execution of organizational web and digital operations. My expertise is working directly with staff, students, faculty, clients, and stakeholders in different capacities to gather requirements, translate technical needs, and provide guidance on content placement, overall website information architecture, and innovative solutions.
